In the Shadow of the Black Stork

Poland is home to both the familiar white stork and its rarer cousin, the black stork. Elusive and nesting deep in old forests, black storks are a symbol of Poland’s rich biodiversity. Together with vast wetlands and protected reserves, they highlight the country’s role as a sanctuary for European wildlife.
