Poland, officially the Republic of Poland, is a democratic country located in Central Europe. Its capital and largest city is Warsaw. Poland covers a total area of 322,575 square kilometers. The land area (including inland waters) is 311,888 square kilometers, while the area of internal maritime waters is 2,005 square kilometers, and the territorial sea covers 8,682 square kilometers.
