Poland’s Oldest Suspension Bridge

Built in 1827 in the town of Ozimek, this cast-iron suspension bridge is the oldest of its kind in Poland and among the oldest in Europe. Originally used to transport industrial materials across the Mała Panew River, the 31-meter structure now serves pedestrians as a technical monument and tourist attraction.
